You might think that Faxing is a thing of the past but you would be surprised how many times people need to send documents.
When we first set up the business in 2004 we did a lot of faxing probably around 100+ a week. Years later and still people need this service. I admit it isn’t as popular as it was but is still essential to some people.
Please remember that faxing is Black and White, when sending documents they will be converted automatically, if you are sending photographs or anything with colour that will not be displayed at the recipients end.
Once documents have been send we automatically print a confirmation page for your records. It is always worth keeping these just in case there are any problems. If there is over 1 page the confirmation will only print one page but show how many pages there are that have been sent. sometimes people think that it will print a confirmation page for every page that has been sent but it is not the case. Also the confirmation page is proof that it has been sent and it has been received at the recipients end, it is not proof that they have read it or acted on it.
