Do you need a document emailing to someone? We can email your documents anywhere as long as you have the address, there is no page limit however if there are a lot of pages we would recommend sending in batches due to some servers having file limits. Here at Print IT we understand that not everyone has a computer or smart phone, which is why we can scan your documents and send them anywhere you want.
Once a document has been scanned and emailed there is no trace on our systems. Normally emails are done from a digital copier which will send your email and doesn’t store. The only thing it can store is your email address which is to save time if you need more sending, however after 4 more emails have been sent it is removed.
Unfortunately with emails we can not supply a confirmation page, we can advise if the email has been sent but can’t supply confirmation as it would depend on the recipients email been open at the time of sending which sometimes isn’t possible due to time differences.
