FAQ 1) How do I place an order

Ordering through our website is really simple; during the order process you can upload your artwork or we can set it for you.

Find the item you need from our ‘Shop’ menu.
Use the drop downs to choose the specifications you would like and click ‘add to basket’.
Once you have everything in the basket that you need, click on the basket icon in the top, right corner of the screen.

FAQ 2) What file formats do you accept?

PDF, JPG, CDR, Publisher, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

FAQ 3) Do you charge extra if needed in a hurry?

No if we can get the job printed faster for you we will

FAQ 4) What is required when supplying own artwork?

We need Crop marks and 3mm Bleed.

FAQ 5) Which Courier companies do you use?

Goods will either be sent via DHL, DPD, TNT or Fedex, if local to Blackpool we will happily deliver the goods in our vehicle which will get them to you quicker than courier will do.

FAQ 6) What payment methods do you accept?

You can also use PayPal for a quick and easy checkout.

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards.

Alternatively you can call into the shop and pay cash or on card here if you prefer.

FAQ 7) What should I check my proof for?

Checking proofs is a vital part of the order. When checking over your proofs, please download the file on to your desktop and check to make sure you are happy.

We’d advise to double check the below:

Colour – make sure that your colours are consistent throughout and there haven’t been any changes. Setting your artwork up in CMYK should prevent this from happening.
Spelling and grammar
Orientation
Missing text
Any boxes/lines that shouldn’t be there
Page numbers and running order

Please take note of any warnings that are given and only approve when you are happy to go ahead!

Do you charge for artwork?

All prices excluding posters and brochures include artwork

Do you do pickup/delivery for photocopying?

Yes we do for court bundles and high volume copying we will pick up, copy them for you and drop back off for you.

What are crop marks?

Crop marks, also known as trim marks, are lines printed in the corners of your publication’s sheet or sheets of paper to show the printer where to trim the paper. They are used by commercial printers for creating bleeds where an image or color on the page needs to extend all the way to the edge of the paper.

What is bleed?

Can I make changes to my order once artwork is approved

Due to the quick turnarounds that we offer, we are unable to make any changes to the artwork, or the order itself, once your artwork has been approved. If you need to make a change to an online order before a proof has been approved, don’t worry! We will be able to cancel your order so that you can place a new one.

Do you offer stocks not listed on your website?
We have access to a large supply of stocks so we can offer alternatives. If you have anything in mind please get in touch and we can see what we can do for you.
